Titles and responsibilities of the
Northwoods Living History:

• Commander/Chief - head of the Northwoods Living History 

• Commodore/Asst. Chief - assistant to the overall Commander/Chief

• Sgt of Arms - makes sure the organization functions as it should be, following guidelines set by the organization.

• Treasurer - monitors all finance related items.

• Secretary - monitors memberships and sends out event announcements to members.

• Media & Public Affairs Officer - designated by the Board of Directors/Administration. Manages website and social media platforms.

Northwoods Living History represents time periods worldwide: Vietnam, Korea, WWII, and WWI. All Allied, Axis and/or Commonwealth times in history will have the following:

• Volunteer staff of Living History Safety & Authenticity Officers (2-4 members representing each side in set time of history).

• Volunteer staff for Public Safety & Security Officers - these representatives will be covering Allied, Axis and Commonwealth as well as civilian living history. No less than 2 individuals per event.

The overall goal of all positions is to encourage a safe family learning experience for all to enjoy.
